M2 Global Technology, Ltd. is pleased to announce that Anthony L. Edridge has joined the company as the Manager of Engineering.

Formerly the engineering manager at Data Race, Inc. of San Antonio, Mr. Edridge has extensive experience in engineering, quality, and project management in a variety of fields (telecommunications, electronics, aerospace, and mining).   His background also includes 13 years of research and development accomplishments.

Mr. Edridge’s previous positions include vice president of engineering and systems at Sextant Electronics, Inc., and project engineer at Chamber Security Systems.  He has also served as an engineering professional in the mining and aerospace industry.  Mr. Edridge holds a Ph.D. in microwave physics from the University of Surry, England and a B.S. degree in electronics from the University of South Hampton, England.

Doug Carlberg, chairman of M2 Global’s board of directors, notes, “Tony’s broad experience in engineering and research and development within the telecommunications industry is a great asset that will help develop new products in markets for M2 Global.”
