Global Customer Satisfaction Results

of its fourth annual customer satisfaction survey, which
surpassed the high ratings achieved last year.
M2 Global’s customer satisfaction scores rose from 90.7
percent in 2001 to 95.3 percent in 2003, an increase of 4.6
percent. The survey was conducted by Business
Improvement Solutions, an industry-independent survey group.
Don Pankey, president, Business Improvement Solutions, noted,
“M2 Global’s customer satisfaction has continued to improve
over the past four years. This is particularly
impressive in an industry where trends for customer
satisfaction have declined due to the downturn in the
telecommunications sector.” Business Improvement

In all three categories—Customer Satisfaction Index,
Customer Loyalty Index, and Overall Vendor Performance—M2

One hundred percent of the customers surveyed
indicated that they would continue to purchase from M2
Global and would recommend the company to others.
