A small business joint teaming agreement was signed
today by three U.S. Government and defense contractors:
M2 Global Technology Ltd., Patterson
Machine, Inc., and Engineered
Mechanical Systems, Inc. The three
companies will be marketed under the name Trilogy
Defense Services.
Trilogy
Defense Services offers U.S. Government and defense
contractors the ability to easily and conveniently
do business with one supplier providing an umbrella
of diversity including a disabled veteran-owned, an
8(a), small disadvantage business, Native American
owned, and a woman-owned small business company.
Ronald Carlberg, president of the Washington, DC defense
consultant group GMD
Solutions, noted, "This innovative teaming agreement
offers a great opportunity for prime contractors to
meet their small business program goals-with the assurance
that these companies can meet their present and future
quality, delivery, and capacity needs."
M2 Global Technology,
Ltd., headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, is
a disabled veteran-owned small business that offers
contract manufacturing services for small to medium-sized
machined and sheet metal parts. M2 also
has a complete line of RF passive components and offers
PCB assembly through box build.
Located in Union Grove, Alabama, Patterson
Machine, Inc. is an 8(a), Native American-owned
small disadvantaged business that offers metal fabrication
services for medium to large machining and sheet metal
parts. The company specializes in close
tolerance precision machining, fixtures, sheet metal
fabrication, and assembly.
Engineered
Mechanical Systems, Inc., located in Chattanooga,
Tennessee, is a woman-owned small business that specializes
in medium to large custom sheet metal fabricated parts,
structures, and laser services.
M2 Global Technology Ltd. and Patterson Machine Inc.
are part of the U.S Air Force Small Business Outreach
Program Office's Manufacturing
Technology Assistance Production Program (MTAPP).
