Global Customer Satisfaction Results

results of its annual customer satisfaction survey,
which surpassed the high ratings achieved last year. M2
Global’s customer satisfaction scores rose from 90.7
percent in 2001 to 96.8 percent in 2005, an increase
of 6.1 percent. The survey was conducted
by Business Improvement Solutions, an industry-independent
survey group.
Don Pankey, president, Business Improvement Solutions,
noted, “For the fifth consecutive year since the survey
was initiated, M2 Global’s customer satisfaction ratings
have risen. This is particularly impressive
in an industry where trends for customer satisfaction
have declined due to the downturn in the telecommunications

In all three categories—Customer Satisfaction
Index, Customer Loyalty Index, and Overall Vendor

surveyed indicated that they would continue to purchase
